呢個煲用既廚具係：Lodge 平底鑊同雙耳煲仔。
兩塊布包豆腐，一塊軟豆乾，二十元脢頭豬肉，半塊三牙劃鹹魚，蝦米一撮，中芹三棵。
就係呢D材料，就整左呢個鹹魚肉粒豆腐煲。
三塊豆腐，一塊切大片，一塊切中片，一塊切粒。脢頭豬肉切粒，鹹魚剪碎，蝦米浸軟，中芹切粒同短度。煎好豆腐上碟，另外爆香鹹魚蝦米，放入醃好既肉粒，贊水炆煮至全熟。再放入豆腐，埋個蠔油獻，煮一陣。
另一邊燒熱個鐵煲，將材料倒入煲內，加中芹，炆到佢姐姐聲。
炆到入味微收汁就可以原煲上枱。
趁熱開飯喇喂！

This Ducth Oven Pot had been used by our cowboys who conquered the West, while they drove the American Indian to the mountains as what we call those place as "Indian Reservation Area". Cowboys had high power repeating weapons, but the poor American Indians were still using old fashioned guns.
I need to make arrangement to transfer all my gun collection to a young guy, before I leave this world. My son is working for his PHD degree in the State of Tennessee, but he also does not like any firearms.

回覆刪除Finally I successfully contact this 大澳老友記-YUKEELUN@YAHOO.COM.HK. They also have no sale agent in U.S. However, they replied my email, indicating that I can place my order directly with them. What I can buy here are the product of Lee Kum Kee.
Please look at that Dried Noodle factory which you like the most, but they do not like to handle customers from oversea. By the way, this hot pot you just cooked can be changed to 煲仔飯.
