粉葛二斤:12元。
赤小豆扁豆一包:4元。
不見天豬肉搭豬骨:22元。
鯪魚肉四條:22元。
陳皮、蜜棗、薑適量。
佛山鐵線大瓦煲一個。
做法:
1 粉葛切片洗淨。
2 赤小豆、扁豆、陳皮、蜜棗洗淨。
3 豬肉豬骨出水。
4 鯪魚肉剢碎加鹽撻至起膠。
5 大瓦煲煲滾一大煲水,放入1,2,3,慢火煲三個鐘。
6 兩個鐘後撈起豬肉切件,三個鐘後落鯪魚球,再慢火煲30分鐘。
7 煲左三個半鐘,根本唔駛調味,已經好好味,即可享用。
