士多啤梨浸酒 Strawberry Wine


 

琴日去CitySuper買左一包日本福岡甜王士多啤梨,九粒要139元!



終於都決定買過罌酒,今次買左遠洋九江雙蒸,其實想買三蒸,但係超市冇大罌裝。


呢罌雙蒸酒精含量只係29.5%。招紙上面雙蒸酒既拼音都標準。不過「九江」既拼音都係唔岩。

我估計香港經銷既大陸酒,招紙係香港印,用繁體字,拼音就冇咁考究都唔定。


你睇下呢的士啤梨幾靚!


參考網上資料,另外仲要落冰糖同蜜糖。我既份量冇定,隨意為之。

將士多啤梨洗淨去葉吸乾水風乾一陣,冰糖洗淨吸乾,就可以放入罌,加一大羹蜜糖


再加酒。



浸佢一個月,睇怕都飲得掛。

  3. 晚安!樽三蒸酒又有拼音問題?而家唔係有標籤法咩!定呢D拼音唔關標籤事呢?不過咁又真係浸得好靚呀!

  4. 新買呢樽係九江雙蒸,九江兩字佢拼成Kiu Kiang,都唔知點解拼成咁。漢語拼音應該係Jiu Jiang。總之乜鬼牌既雙蒸三蒸都好,冇樽招紙既拼音係全對架。真係好求其,你話消費者點會有信心呢?

  5. 士多啤梨酒?唔知好唔好飲呢?9粒夠架啦?我舊年就浸過梅酒,都係用米酒浸,好味架,不過都好勁架,醉架!

    Old Man likes to learn more from you about Wine Making. The American Strawberry costs me only U$2.00 a big box, also I can buy this 九江雙蒸 from our Asian Supermarkets here. I like to drink fruit wine but not those hot stuffs like Whisky, Brandy & Voldka( Rusian Wine). They are too powerful.

    Did you read about the Beer Brewing at the White House? but you need to buy a lot equipments. Why not just drink my cool Budwieser at home.

    Teach me more, young guy.
