蛇年步步高陞 (雲石紅棗馬蹄糕) Marble Red Date Water Chestnut Pudding













今日開年,搞搞新意思,本想整個蛋花紅棗馬蹄糕,但係整左出黎,叫佢做雲石紅棗馬蹄糕更貼切!



祝各位蛇年步步高陞!!



做法好簡單,就係跟呢盒馬蹄粉既說明去做。



呢盒馬蹄粉做出黎既糕,係「淨糕」,冇落馬蹄粒架,睇下個盒張相就知。



我唔單止落番馬蹄粒,仲落左紅棗粒,又加薑片煲黃冰糖水,同埋打左個蛋花落去,此所謂「錦上添花」!不過減左糖既份量,唔想太甜。



用左說明既一半份量,就煮出一大煲粉漿,一個圓圈蛋糕模都裝唔晒,仲有一大兜。



先蒸左一大底「蛇餅」,十二人一圍枱都食唔晒!



再蒸埋呢一大舊。



放入雪櫃雪凍,切出黎就咁食已經非常清甜,仲有陣蛋香。



裁出一舊仔,切開四件。



煎香熱食又係另一種滋味!

    Old Man in L.A. says "Kung Hai Fat Choy" to you & your whole family.

    This kind of 馬蹄粉 is very easily to buy here at the supermarkets, but the fresh 馬蹄 do not appear so frequently. They are packed in a plastic bag, so good stuffs or bad stuffs, you still have to pay money. I wish I can grab them next time.

    Here we only have the temperature at 4* C at night, so HK is not that really cold.

    整馬蹄高加咗 “蛋”,就要小心,因為易變壞,要快點吃呀!
    不過好 buy 你加咗羗,口感會更佳!
    呢款 “馬蹄粉” 據說是好靚㗎,我多數用呢盒馬蹄粉用整 “煎蠔餅”,識貨呀!

  6. 馬蹄糕加蛋花,靈感來自細個時食既「蛋花大菜糕」,大菜糕入面既蛋花睇得好清楚架。呢盒馬蹄粉都幾貴,惠記好似淨係得呢隻粉,就買左。佢個份量教人落500g粉,即係落成盒,可以整好多底,好誇張。我一個唔覺意就整多左,其實落100g就差唔多!
