雪煙囱(爛煮雪菜煙肉通粉) Overcooked Pasta With Bacon And Preserved Vegetable










我鍾意食腍到差唔多爛既通粉,響茶餐廳一定食唔到,只可以自己煮。



今次好懶,只想用最少工夫整呢鑊野,於是就買左罐雪菜,一包煙肉,一包大通粉。



做法實在好簡單,通粉先處理好,煮腍,落煙肉煮至出味。





再落雪菜又煮至出味,煮呀煮呀,通粉超腍,就係我要既口感。



呢個通粉,入口即爛。



最岩公公婆婆食架,哈哈哈!
