煎比目魚扒 Fried Halibut


2013新年快樂!生活愉快!









今日整個簡單容易香煎比目魚扒。比目魚響大昌買,標韱話係挪威出產。



將魚自然解凍,然後用鹽醃一個鐘以上,就可以煎。
比目魚魚肉較易散,最好用易潔鑊煎,比較容易煎到兩面金黃色。



就咁食已經好好味,比目魚肉質較油滑,可以煎香煎乾身D,更加可口。



一煎好趁熱,你搣一塊我搣一塊,仲未裝飯就已經食鬼晒!

    How was your New Year Holiday? Did you have a wonderful time?

    L.A. is crazily cold. The whole Southern California experience
    -1* C. Fortunately, all the houses here are equipped with Heaters. In the N. California the water pipes are frozen & busted open because the water inside the pipes become ice.

    We get our Halibut from Alaska. Those fish may weigh over 250 lbs. I like to eat it since it really has no small bone.

    HK is not that cold compare with NY, Wash D.C. You have to dig your car out from the snow & ice.

    I enjoy reading your blog very much.
