浸梅酒(一百八十天) Plum Wine (180 Days)






眨下眼呢樽梅酒已經浸左半年,色水越來越深。



今日再加一百克冰糖,加完已經滿到上頂,一共落左三百克冰糖,唔會再加冰糖了。




再浸佢一年先飲都未遲。

  2. 因為最初冇加,查過資料話後加糖,D梅子就唔會巢皮,真係喎,你睇下我D梅子仲係好光滑。一早加糖,會巢皮。所以我逐少逐少加糖。

    I can not find any Green Plum selling at our supermarkets here. Therefore I purchased a bottle "Choya" Japanese Plum Wine@ 14.6% of Alcohol.It costed me U$19.59 a bottle.

    <ow I have 4 pieces of Japanese Plum left at the bottom of the bottle. Please instruct this old man how to brew another bottle of wine with these 4 pieces of plum.

  5. Eat that 4 pieces of J Plum lar. They can not be recycled. Buy fresh Plum another time.
