呢碟白花鹹魚蒸白豬仔火腿豬肉,係超好味超夾味既限制級家長指引版。




緊記少食多滋味,多食血壓黎!



白花鹹魚響西環鹹魚欄買,白豬仔上倉買左六罐,呢罐係第二罐。



食呢碟野,每人要分配。



只限一塊肉三分一塊魚,撈少少蒸汁,已可以扒一大碗白飯。

    You have offered me a new idea of cooking our American canned lunch meat. Here, the imported Chinese Lunch Meat cost more than the locally made. The FDA banned a lot Chinese canned foods. Remember when we eat the Deep Fried Fish Ball, we use a kind of Clam Sauce(蜆介醬), also could not be found here for the past 30 years, no matter in the East or here in the West.

  4. Yes, you can try this, no need to add oil if you put the lunch meat on top of the salt fish. haha.

    I am humbly to admit the fact this 65 year old man is learning cooking from you, Young Guy. Halloween is around the corner, I need to stock up a lot of candy for those kids to knock my door & ask for candy. We can not not say no but to let them get a handful of candy. That is American Custom!!!

    Remember, you can be young only "Once". I would like to learn more cooking from you before I leave this world.
