For my past 34 years of living in U.S. both the East Coast & the West, I could not find this 金華火腿 for sale, since the FDA banned the importation of this kind of ham. What do the restaurants use to make "Top Soup"? The chefs use our Virginia Ham to substitute the 金華火腿. You have to clean up all the salt from the ham, then sprinkle the ham with rock sugar, steam the ham for a half an hour, then wash the sugar away. Now slice the ham into pieces for cooking soup

回覆刪除Yes,it taste exactly like Kam Wah Ham. You may be find them at those foreign stores which sell Italian Pa Ma Ham.
