欖豉豆腐蒸鯇魚腩


簡簡單單已經好好味,蒸完D豆腐仲好食過魚。


鯇魚腩一舊仔,16元。蒸豆腐一磚3元。欖角一袋仔2元。薑、蔥適量。


鯇魚洗淨索乾水,用鹽省勻,放入雪櫃15分鐘。燒一大鑊滾水,放入魚腩、用豆腐伴碟、加上欖豉碎同薑絲。大火蒸12分鐘。


放蔥粒,贊少少滾油,加蒸魚豉油,搞掂。
